When you request a quote, we receive the contact, company, product, destination, quantity, timeline, and message details you choose to provide. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the quote form.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to respond, discuss product requirements, and prepare sourcing or quotation information. We do not offer an online checkout on this website.
Form provider and website hosting
Quote forms are validated by our website and forwarded through Web3Forms for email delivery. We use hCaptcha to help prevent automated spam submissions; verification loads when you interact with the form. The website is hosted on Vercel. These services may process technical and submission data necessary to provide their services, under their own privacy terms.

Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate page use and website performance. Vercel Web Analytics does not use tracking cookies. A successful quote submission records only the product identifier, not your contact details or message.
If you accept analytics, we also use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, quote-form interactions, and successful quote submissions. Google Analytics uses cookies and technical identifiers for this measurement. Our tracking events do not include your name, email, phone number, company, or enquiry message. The private invoice tool is excluded from analytics.
Google Analytics stays disabled until you accept it. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization are disabled. You can decline analytics and still use the website and request quotes. You can change your choice using ; declining removes the Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site.

We retain enquiry correspondence as needed to handle your request and related business records. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email info@evoltanova.com. Legal record-keeping requirements may limit deletion.
